Anna Grigorievna Semenovich, a Russian singer-actress and model who was an accomplished ice dancer in the past, is best known for her role as Princess Aura in the Flash Gordon series. Early in her professional career, she formed a partnership together with Maxim Kachanov. In 1994, they competed at the Goodwill Games where they placed 5th. She joined forces together with Vladimir Fedorov, in 1995. The year 1995 was the first time she formed a team alongside Vladimir Fedorov. They participated in Grand Prix of Figure Skating and won Finlandia Trophy on two occasions. In 1998, they were 15th at the World Figure Skating Championships. Semenovich and Roman Kostomarov teamed up for an entire season in 1999 following the end of their collaboration. Kostomarov was her co-partner in the year 2000, and they took home the bronze medal for Russia at the 2000 European Figure Skating Championships. They also competed at their participation in the 2000 World Figure Skating Championships. Anna Grigorievna Semenovich has been a Russian model, actress and performer since 2000. In addition, Anna is now retired from ice dance. She was born on March 1, 1980 in Moscow. Her parents are the Russian economics Tatyana Semenovich, and Gregory T. the Director of the Fur Company. Her illness began when she was a child, and spent six months in the hospital. He was then diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. It was his career as a skater alongside Denis Samokhin that made him famous. Together, they participated in the two Junior World Championships and placed 7th both times in 1993 and 1994. In 1994, she briefly collaborated in a brief partnership with Maxim Kachanov. They were ranked 5th at the Goodwill Games. She then was paired with Vladimir Fedorov. Both were successful together, securing the Finlandia Trophy two times and competing at the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. They also achieved more as a team however their most memorable moment was finishing 15th in the 1998 World Championships.
